This one has a nice soft hand feel, and bright “safety” color pattern. A nice mid weight (9.5mm), good for all but the smallest of dogs. Like all of our slip-style leashes, it’s around 6’ long.
Slip Leads are training tools, not your daily drivers. They do not incorporate a swivel, so if you attempt to use one like a normal leash you will likely destroy it and you could harm your dog. You’ve been warned!
Repurposed climbing ropes may show uneven wear or fuzzy spots. They are still very strong and these cosmetic blemishes are part of what makes our product unique. Some may have the climbing rope manufacturer’s tags still because we think they look cool. Hardware will patina over time. Our leashes are like that old pair of Levi’s you found at a vintage shop that are your favorite now.
